Italian Charities of America (ICA) celebrated their 89th Annual Awards Dinner on Sunday, October 19 at the Roma View restaurant in Howard Beach.
Queens Borough President Donovan Richards greeted the dinner guests and praised the venerable organization located on Queens Boulevard in Elmhurst.
