DE QUEEN, Ark. — Arrests warrants have been issued for three people allegedly connected to a shooting Monday night that injured three juveniles, Police Chief Scott Simmons said on the department’s Facebook page.Â
According to Simmons, De Queen police officers and Sevier County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the area of 3rd and Vandervoort after a shooting was reported. Arkansas State Police were also asked to help with the investigation.Â
Officers found three juvenile males with gunshot wounds. They were taken to the Sevier County Medical Center.Â
Officers found numerous spent shell casings on Vandervoort Avenue.Â
Several suspects were identified. Their names are being withheld since the investigation is ongoing, Simmons said.Â
