FLG has signed GLU, the solo project of Queens Of The Stone Age bassist Michael Shuman.
GLU blends hip-hop, pop, electronic and alternative influences.
FLG is the Frontiers Label Group imprint dedicated to alternative and modern rock.
Michael Shuman said: “Happy to announce I’ve signed with new label FLG Records. Excited to finally have a great team of people and veteran music heads who are as excited about the future of GLU as I am”.
Daryl Pryor, music manager at Capital Artist Group, added: “Building a passionate and dedicated team is something that both Mikey and I have been determined to do since we started working together on GLU. We’re over the moon to have found that team that truly understands what this project is about and wants to go the extra mile to make this project a success”.

GLU first emerged in early 2023 with debut EP My Demons. In 2025, they released the single Boogie Man, securing a major sync placement in video game MLB The Show ’25 alongside Kendrick Lamar and De La Soul. The track pushed GLU past three million global streams.
Tours and headline dates have taken in the UK, Europe and the US. GLU have toured with The Kills, Blood Red Shoes, Miles Kane and more, alongside UK headline. GLU will support The Blue Stones across three UK shows this month.
BBC Radio 1 and 6 Music have both provided airplay support.
Frontiers Label Group owns and operates the imprints Frontiers Music Srl (mainstream and classic rock), FLG Records (alternative music) and BlkIIBlk Records (metal and hard rock) with global digital and physical distribution via The Orchard.
