Contestants gathered for a group photo during the Live Oak County Queens Pageant.
The Live Oak County Queens Pageant, held Jan. 31, crowned a new queen to reign over the Live Oak County Fair. Jenna Lee, daughter of Brady and Lauren Lee, was selected as Miss Live Oak County.
Twelve contestants competed in the Live Oak County Queens Pageant. Additional competitions were held for Live Oak County Teen, Pre-Teen, Junior, Little, Toddler and Baby divisions. Winners in those categories will be featured in a special edition of The Progress.
Clare Snider, daughter of Duff and Jeannie Snider, was named first runner-up and received the People’s Choice Vignette Award. Ally Slavinski, daughter of Patrick and Brandy Slavinski, earned second runner-up honors and was also named Miss Congeniality. Piper Moffett, daughter of Lance and Stasa Moffett, was the third runner-up.
Camila Melendez, daughter of Ricardo and Maria Melendez, received multiple awards, including fourth runner-up, People’s Choice Photogenic, and Miss Photogenic. Kylie Fetterman, daughter of Stephan Stewart and Crystal Hill, was recognized for selling the most advertisements.
