DOWNTOWN — DUMBO-BASED DEVELOPER TANKHOUSE bought a 35.2% tenant-in-common stake in 45-53 and 55 Nevins St. for a recorded $22 million, Crain’s New York Business reports. The site includes 45 Nevins Street, home to the NYPD’s Special Victims Division, and is slated for demolition after the landlord filed raze permits last May.
The Anderman family, which has owned the property since at least 1972, retained about a 64% interest. No new building plans or permits have been filed yet.
