President’s College produced a spirited fourth-quarter comeback in front of a thunderous home crowd to secure a dramatic 45–44 victory over Queen’s College in the continuing Schools Basketball League, a result that propelled them to the top of the standings.

Playing on their home court, President’s College fed off the charged atmosphere as students pounded drums and supporters roared throughout the contest. That energy proved decisive in the closing stages, as the hosts overturned a deficit to snatch a memorable win.

Queen’s College controlled much of the early exchanges and appeared on course for victory after dominating the first three quarters. The visitors took the opening period 16–13, edged a low-scoring second quarter 7–4, and further extended their advantage with a 13–6 third-quarter performance to put themselves firmly in command.
