The Nets prevailed 127-113 Saturday against the Washington Wizards, covering as 7.5-point home favorites as the Over 217.5 hit. F Michael Porter Jr. led the way with 23 points. C Day’Ron Sharpe had 19 points and 9 boards in 19 minutes off the bench. The Nets are just 2-8 in the last 10.

Bulls at Nets picks and predictionsPrediction
Bulls 119, Nets 110
The Bulls are heavy faves as the lowly Nets are without MPJ for this one. However, -185 on the road for this team in transition isn’t the way to go. Instead, let’s go with COLLIN SEXTON OVER 14.5 POINTS (-120). He had 17 in 28 minutes off the bench in his first game with his new team over the weekend. With Giddey doubtful, I look for another concerted effort from him.
Take BULLS -4.5 (-105). It’s simple with them, when they win, they cover. When they lose, they do not, as they’re 3-7 straight up and ATS over the last 10. They made a slew of trades before the deadline, and those recent acquisition made noise Saturday.
Brooklyn is 6-4 O/U in its last 10, and Chicago is 5-5. The Under is 2-1 in this matchup this season, but this total is way lower than any of those.
Go OVER 218.5 (-110).
