Nicola Peltz’s father Nelson Peltz has son-in-law Brooklyn Beckham’s back in his ongoing feud with his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, a source tells the National Enquirer.

“He appreciates that he’s standing up for Nicola and he will go to bat for him any way that’s needed,” says the source. “But that doesn’t mean he understands the methods.”

The billionaire, 83, admitted as much at the Wall Street Journal’s Invest Live event in West Palm Beach on Tuesday, February 3. “My advice is to stay the hell out of the press,” he revealed of the guidance he’s given his family amid all the media attention.

“Nelson is old school. For him, privacy is everything so he doesn’t get this need the kids have these days to air out all their dirty laundry in public,” explains the source. “If it were up to Nicola’s parents, she and Brooklyn would go radio silent on all this mess.”

Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 31, don’t seem to have any intention of doing that though, reveals Enquirer’s source.

The aspiring chef has reportedly gotten two tattoos covered up recently — one for dad David, 50, and one for his siblings, brothers Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 20, and sister Harper, 14.

“No one doubts that Nicola is egging him on,” the source says of Brooklyn’s headline-generating antics. “She’s always been the type that loves attention, and this is getting her name out into the press more than ever.”

It’s “very unlikely” the couple are going to “dial this back” either, adds the source. “They’re both loving this way too much.”
