STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A car overturned on busy Hylan Boulevard in South Beach during the Thursday morning rush hour.
The crash occurred on Hylan near Mallory Avenue.
A white Volkswagen sedan flipped over onto its roof. After the sedan was righted, the front passenger door was seen on top of a snowbank. The front windshield was shattered and air bags deployed.
