The Board of Judges appointed Donald Kinsella to the position. He was sworn in during a private ceremony, but just hours later, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche posted to social media, “Judges don’t pick U.S. Attorneys, @POTUS does. See Article II of our Constitution. You are fired, Donald Kinsella.”
2. New York lawmakers renew push for moratorium on spreading sewage sludge
