American snowboarding sensation Chloe Kim hits the halfpipe Thursday afternoon with her eye on history: a third straight gold medal in the Olympic sport.
People are excited to see her boyfriend, NFL star Myles Garrett, there to cheer her on.
The first of the halfpipe runs begins Thursday at 1:30 p.m. ET., followed immediately by the second and third runs, after which medals will be awarded. Kim snowboards last in each of the three runs. Here’s how to watch.
The two-time gold medalist in the women’s snowboard halfpipe sailed through qualifications on Wednesday to land a spot in the finals. Kim did have a shoulder brace for an injury from four weeks ago, but appeared OK.
