Lawmakers weren’t the only ones present at “Tin Cup Day” in Albany Wednesday, advocates also showed up to the State Capitol to hold rallies with speakers from the state legislature.

Zakiyah Shaakir-Ansari and Marina Marcou-O’Malley joined “Inside City Hall” to talk about New York City’s approach to education and early childhood care.
