I love a comeback, so I enthusiastically attended the “Re-Raise the Pride Flag” event at Stonewall Inn yesterday, with the intention of giving the queer flag a whole new chapter. As you know, the National Park Service recently had the rainbow flag outside the legendary bar removed, saying it was not government approved, and the uproar that followed seemed to shout “Uh-uh! We will not let you erase our history!”
