The diner is set to open where Humble Coffee was in 505 Central Food Hall but Humble Coffee isn’t going anywhere.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Kaufman’s New York Diner is set to host a grand opening Friday in the former Humble Coffee location in downtown Albuquerque.

The people behind the locally-famous Kaufman’s Bagels are behind the venture, serving up New York classics – like a Reuben and meatloaf melt – as well as their bagels and Humble Coffee.

The diner’s grand opening is set for 1 p.m. Regularly, they will open at 7 a.m. on weekdays, 8 a.m. on Saturdays and 10 a.m. on Sunday.
