East Village canine cafe Boris & Horton will host romantic dinners for New Yorkers whose love lives have gone to the dogs.
The intimate owner-doggie date night, which is set for Saturday from 5:30 to 7 pm, will feature prix fixe menus designed for both humans and their pooches.

The “Love at First Bark” dinner has more than 50 reservations of diners either bringing their dogs as their dates or couples bringing along their beloved pet.
“Valentine’s Day is all about love. It’s all about connection,” owner Carol Krakowski told The Post. “Finding a way to make that dog-friendly was a really fun, exciting inspiration for us.”
The dog menu consists of beef bone broth jellies, beef meatballs over potatoes, and pup cup strawberry tartlets. Humans are given a wide variety of wine and beer options as well as clam chowder, beef brisket and tres leches.
The coffee shop, which first opened under different ownership in 2018, features a special section where customers can bring their dogs while enjoying food and drinks.
Krakowski, who owns a four-year-old chihuahua mix rescue named Baja, said she was inspired to take over the cafe after getting burnt out in her corporate consulting work.

“Dogs are vehicles for connection across people, we see it in day-to-day interactions in the cafe, you see it as a dog owner just walking around,” Krakowski said.
“It’s been a really positive, really fun reaction. I think people are looking for levity,” Krakowski said.
The announcement of the Dog Date Afternoon has left customers barking with approval, she said.
“People have been really positive. Our post about it has gotten way more reach than anything else I posted since I took over the business,” she said.
“I’m getting requests for people from around the world asking how they can get a ticket.”
