A worker at a Queens laundromat was shot in the head “over free soap” on Saturday, just hours after another man was shot in the head in Brooklyn, police and sources said.
The 31-year-old employee of Wash And Fold Super Laundry on North Conduit Avenue in Springfield Gardens got into a fight with a customer and then went outside around 8:30 a.m., police said.
The gunman followed him and shot him in the back of the head, police said.

“It was over free soap,” the police source said.
The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
About four hours earlier, a 30-year-old man was shot in the head during an argument at Quilox Restaurant & Lounge at East 95th St. and Church Avenue in East Flatbush around 4:30 a.m., cops said.

He was taken to Brookdale Hospital in critical condition, cops said.
Both shooters fled and there were no immediate arrests, cops said.
