NEW YORK (PIX11) – Monday’s federal holiday will mean a quick break for New York City.
New York City’s students and many workers will get the day off on Monday. Since it’s a federal holiday, many banks and government buildings will close, and there will be no trash, compost or recycling collection.
Alternate Side Parking rules will also be suspended on Monday for the holiday.
