FAIRPORT, N.Y. — Wine enthusiasts gathered at Casa Larga Vineyards for the annual New York Ice Wine & Culinary Festival.

Guests enjoyed tasting various ice wines and sampling others from different New York state wineries. The ice wine at Casa Larga Vineyards is made from grapes that are picked frozen at temperatures under 17 degrees and pressed while still frozen.
The president said the festival helps to continue spreading the knowledge of ice wine and what a unique product it is.
