STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Staten Island University Hospital will convene its annual Healthcare Summit on Feb. 24 at the St. George Theatre, bringing maternal health to the forefront of community discussion.
This year’s summit will highlight current trends, programs and challenges in maternal health, according to an announcement from SIUH.
The event, formerly known as the North Shore Summit, will run from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and gather local partners, community organizations, elected officials, Northwell Health leaders and other stakeholders to explore innovative strategies to improve health throughout Staten Island, according to the hospital announcement.
Attendees will hear from guest speakers and participate in panel discussions while having opportunities to connect with local organizations working in the field.
The summit will take place at the St. George Theatre, located at 35 Hyatt St.
