STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Former President Barack Obama confirmed the existence of aliens in an interview with Brian Tyler Cohen: But what about Area 51?

The suspected hotbed for all things alien is apparently barren, according to Obama.

“They’re [aliens] real, but I haven’t seen them,” the former president said in the nearly hour-long interview with Cohen.

Obama said, “There’s no underground facility [in Area 51] unless there’s this enormous conspiracy and they hid it from the president of the United States.”

Area 51, a U.S. Air Force base in Nevada, has enraptured pop culture for decades.

From the 1996 Fourth of July classic, “Independence Day,” to a 2024 Marvel Studios finale in “Venom: The Last Dance,” Area 51 is perpetually associated with the extraterrestrial.

Like many, aliens weighed on the mind of Obama — he confirmed their location was the first question he asked upon becoming the president.

This is not the first time that a United States official confirmed the existence of aliens.

Whistleblower retired Maj. David Grusch confirmed that the nation “recovered non-human ‘biologics’ from alleged crash sites,” according to reporting by NPR.

“My testimony is based on information I have been given by individuals with a longstanding track record of legitimacy and service to this country — many of whom also shared compelling evidence in the form of photography, official documentation, and classified oral testimony,” Grusch said during a 2023 hearing.

Former Navy fighter pilot Ryan Graves testified alongside Grusch in 2023, saying, “If everyone could see the sensor and video data I witnessed, our national conversation would change.”
