STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A fundraising concert and preview event for an upcoming production of “Lucia di Lammermoor” will take place Saturday, Feb. 21, at 3 p.m. at Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden’s Carpenter’s Shop.
The event offers attendees a chance to hear excerpts from the opera and meet the artists and artistic team involved in the production.
Guests will also get a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process and spend time with the performers.
Osteria Santina will provide light hors d’oeuvres and wine, while Mocktails on Main will offer non-alcoholic beverages. Food and drink are included with ticket purchase.
Organizers say the event provides an opportunity to support the production while enjoying an afternoon of opera performances.
