MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A bicycle rider suffered serious injuries in a Friday night crash in Manhattan, officials said.
The crash was reported around 6:37 p.m. Friday at the intersection of S. 10th Street and Fort Riley Boulevard in Manhattan .
Upon their arrival, officials said, Riley County police officers found that a bicycle had crashed into a 2006 Hyundai Sonata car driven by Asia Arceneaux, 24, of Manhattan.

The bicyle rider, Austin Rowzer, 32, of Manhattan, was transported by Riley County Emergency Medical Services to Ascension Via Christi Hospital for treatment of “major injuries,” officials said.
