STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Staten Island District Attorney Michael E. McMahon is partnering with the NYPD, Assemblyman Charles Fall and Calvary Chapel next Saturday, Feb. 28 for another no-questions-asked, “Cash for Guns” event.

The event, part of the New York City Gun Buyback Program, will take place at Calvary Chapel, Located at 30 Maple Parkway in Mariners Harbor, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“While there is no silver bullet to eradicating gun violence, we know that the presence of even one firearm in the home can be the difference between a fatal accident, a successful suicide attempt or a domestic violence incident escalating out of control,” McMahon said.
