MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – Riley County police arrested a Topeka man on a warrant Thursday evening in Manhattan, officials said.
The arrested man was identified as Jeremy Richmond, 34, of Topeka.
Riley County police officials said Richmond was arrested around 4:52 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant charging him with failure to appear.

This arrest stemmed from original charges of fleeing and eluding; contributing to child misconduct; aggravated endangerment of a child; and interference with a law enforcement officer.
Richmond was booked into the Riley County Jail, where he was issued a total bond of $20,000.
