A vacant mixed-use building along Hoboken’s main retail corridor has sold for $3.47 million, marking the third transaction on Washington Street in the past two months.
The names of the seller and buyer were not disclosed.
The sale of the property, located at 312 Washington St., was announced in a statement by Marcus & Millichap.
The four-story building, which includes one ground-floor retail space and two apartments, was constructed in 1920.
The building totals 3,550 square feet across three units.
“This marks our third successful closing on Washington Street in the past 60 days,” said Devin Perez, associate director investments at Marcus & Millichap.
Perez, along with Alan Cafiero and Brent Hyldahl, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, represented the private seller in the transaction.
