This weekend – late Friday evening, October 24 to early Monday morning, October 27 – there will be no service at the 4/5 platforms at Borough Hall as 4 trains will originate and terminate at Bowling Green in Manhattan and 5 trains do not serve Brooklyn on weekends. 2 trains should be running normally, and 3 trains should be serving Brooklyn all weekend. 3 trains will provide service to and from New Lots Avenue. Those traveling to or from the East Side of Manhattan can transfer between 4 or 5 trains and N or R trains, which should be running normally, at 14th Street-Union Square. Those traveling to or from Manhattan below 14th street should use N, R, A, C, 2 or 3 trains, all of which should be running normally.
The following work week – Monday morning, October 27 through Friday evening, October 31, late nights all week there will be no Manhattan bound service at York Street in DUMBO, but extra Manhattan bound service at High Street, as Manhattan bound F trains will be re-routed to the A line between Jay Street-MetroTech and West 4th Street-Washington Square. Late nights Tuesday to Wednesday and Thursday to Friday there will be no Brooklyn bound service at High Street, but extra Brooklyn bound service at York Street, as Brooklyn bound A trains will be re-routed to the F line between West 4th Street-Washingon Square and Jay Street-MetroTech. Late nights all week there will be no Brooklyn bound N trains at Court Street or at the N/R platforms at Borough Hall or Jay Street-MetroTech, as they will be re-routed to the Q line between Canal Street and DeKalb Avenue. R trains should be running normally in both directions.
