FLORAL PARK, N.Y. — Queens County Farm Museum announces the return of its most beloved public events alongside a dynamic lineup of cultural festivals and seasonal celebrations for spring 2026, as the Farm marks its fiftieth year serving New Yorkers. This milestone season features the Holi Celebration, Barnyard Egg Hunt, Apple Blossom Children’s Carnival, Sheep Shearing Festival, Flavors of the World Festival, and the ever popular Alice in Wonderland Tea Party, offering families and visitors an extraordinary mix of culture, history, entertainment, and hands on farm experiences at New York City’s only continuously farmed land.
The season begins with the Holi Celebration on March 21, followed by the Barnyard Egg Hunt on March 28 and April 4, one of Queens’ most cherished spring traditions.
“Spring represents renewal, growth, and connection to the land, values that have defined Queens Farm for fifty years,” said David Hughes, Executive Director of Queens County Farm Museum. “As we celebrate this milestone year, we are proud to continue providing a place where New Yorkers of all ages can gather, learn, and create lasting memories while engaging with agriculture, education, and culture in a truly unique setting.”

About Queens County Farm Museum
Queens County Farm Museum is a living testament to New York City’s agricultural roots. As one of the longest continuously farmed sites in New York State, Queens Farm has cultivated both land and community for over 328 years. At its heart is the Adriance Farmhouse, a restored Dutch farmhouse built in 1772 that anchors the site’s 7-acre historic core—a rare remnant of the city’s agrarian past. Today, Queens Farm welcomes more than 500,000 visitors annually, offering hands-on education to more than 40,000 NYC students, growing over 40,000 pounds of produce for communities across Queens, advancing regenerative agriculture, promoting environmental stewardship, and preserving the city’s rural heritage.
