Seattle police are investigating a six‑figure burglary at a home in Queen Anne.

Officers were called last Thursday to a residence in the 900 block of West McGraw Street after the homeowner returned to find her door forced open and the home ransacked, police said.

“Officers observed damage to the front door and lock,” according to a post on the SPD blotter. “Papers were scattered across the floor, and drawers had been opened.”

Roughly $130,000 worth of possessions stolen

Investigators estimate roughly $130,000 worth of purses, jewelry, and other items were stolen. Detectives are working to determine whether the home was specifically targeted.

“Police checked records for similar burglaries or thefts in the area during the same time frame but did not find any related incidents,” the post said.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the SPD non-emergency line at 206-625-5011.
