
Waitlist reopens for apartments as low as $513 in NYC
SPRING CREEK, Brooklyn (PIX11) — A waitlist has reopened for an affordable housing lottery in Brooklyn, offering mobility-adapted apartments for as low as $513 a month.
The units are located in residential buildings at 516 and 524 Vandalia Avenue and 526 Schroeders Avenue.
Amenities include an on-site resident superintendent, card-operated laundry facilities, a fitness center, and parking.
Studios are available for $513 to $1,023 a month for a household of one to two people making $20,880 to $51,840.
One-bedroom apartments are available for $558 to $1,089 a month for a household of one to three people earning $22,835 and $58,320.
Two-bedroom apartments are available for $749 to $1,291 a month for a household of two to five people making $30,549 and $70,000.
Three-bedroom apartments are available for $838 to $1,476 a month for a household of three to seven people earning $34,766 and $80,360.
