The woman charged after bypassing security at airports and sneaking onto a Paris-bound flight out of JFK Airport in 2024 has allegedly done it again, this time out of Newark, two sources familiar with the matter say.

Dali is in custody in Milan, Italy, after she allegedly snuck onto a United flight at Newark Liberty International Airport around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. She apparently made it past the ticket agent and wasn’t noticed by the crew until the flight was over the Atlantic, the sources say.

Dali was convicted in May 2025 in Brooklyn federal court for sneaking onto a Delta flight to Paris.  Dali – who is in her late 50’s (57/58) – is a Russian citizen with US residency.  She has been accused of trying to sneak on other flights, and in some cases doing so successfully, in the past as well.

Spokespeople for the FBI, TSA and United Airlines did not immediately return requests for comment Thursday.

Dali was found guilty of a federal stowaway charge in the JFK case last May. Representing herself, she had argued she did it because the military was trying to poison her. In that case, she was found hiding in a bathroom on the plane.

Dali also was involved in an incident at Miami International Airport in February 2024, according to court papers. In that case, she was allegedly in a bathroom within a secure international arrivals zone located just before customs. She said she had just arrived on an Air France flight, but prosecutors’ memo says there was no record of her on a flight that day — or of leaving the United States for the prior five years.

Additionally, court documents say she accessed a secure area of the departures terminal at Bradly International Airport in Connecticut just 48 hours before the JFK ncident, court documents say. The statuses of those cases weren’t immediately clear Thursday.
