QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) — New York City Housing Connect has opened a lottery that offers apartments for sale as low as $14,818.

The units are available at the Mitchell-Lama Arvene Limited Profit Housing Corp. at 3-53 Beach 57th Street in Queens.

Applicants must be New York State residents, and only one request may be submitted per applicant.
