The New York State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals involved in multiple larceny incidents in Plattsburgh, Clinton County.
The investigation began on November 16, 2025, at approximately 6:30 p.m., when troopers responded to JCPenney for a reported larceny complaint. Since that time, State Police have been actively investigating these incidents.
The investigation determined that two female individuals entered the store on multiple occasions and stole various items. The approximate total value of the stolen merchandise is $1,232.72.
