The New York Giants‘ grades from the NFLPA’s 2026 Report Card were leaked on Thursday.

The NFLPA surveys players across all 32 teams annually to evaluate franchises in 17 categories, ranging from head coach performance to treatment of families. The report card promotes transparency about the state of each organization.

ESPN’s Kalyn Kahler notes that the 2026 Report Card was based on responses from 1,759 players league-wide, including those from the Giants.

The Giants received the following grades from their players (reflecting the 2025 season, during which Brian Daboll served as head coach before being replaced by Mike Kafka as interim head coach):

These results highlight significant player dissatisfaction in areas like the playing surface at MetLife Stadium and front-office leadership, while support staff and nutrition received stronger marks. The Giants ranked 25th overall among the 32 NFL teams in the survey.
