Units are currently available at 4519 White Plains Road.
The lottery is listed on the New York Homes and Community Renewal housing website.
There are four studios available for a household of up to two people with an annual household income between $43,480 and $64,800. One of the studios is mobility-adapted.
There are 8 one-bedroom apartments for a household of up to two people with an annual household income between $$43,480 and $64,800. One of the studios is hearing and vision-adapted.
Amenities include a fitness center, on-site laundry, and a courtyard.
