AT&T Inc. agreed to incorporate a shareholder proposal to share employee demographic data in its 2026 annual meeting materials, resolving a lawsuit brought by New York City retirement plans.
The telecommunications giant said in a Feb. 18 email and letter dated Feb. 20 it would include the pension funds’ proposal in its 2026 proxy materials, according to the dismissal stipulation signed by Judge Lewis J.
