UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Sweet Rehab, an all-day French dessert bar, is opening its first Upper East Side location this Friday, the company said on Instagram.
The new shop on East 87th St., between Third Avenue and Lexington Avenue, is bringing what the company calls a “brand-new Sweet Rehab experience” to the neighborhood, following the success of its original location in Soho.
The daily menu includes a variety of technically impressive croissants, eclairs, mille-feuille, tarts, mousse, and creative mash-ups like croissant brownies and caviar madeleines.
Sweet Rehab said customers can expect the same focus on luxury ingredients — truffle and caviar, to name a few — and its signature oversized cookies, including best-sellers like the Milk and Dark Chocolate and the White Chocolate Pistachio.
“We are beyond excited to announce the opening of our second boutique in the Upper East Side,” the owners wrote on Instagram Thursday.
The boutique will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on opening day and will operate Tuesday through Sunday going forward.
The new shop is located at 167 East 87th St. in Manhattan.
