MAMAN IS BACK OPEN AFTER RENOVATIONS
More soon, but in the meantime, Maman is back open after a couple months of renovations and now is operating in the entire space at 211 West Broadway (at Franklin). There is an expanded pastry counter, more seating and also some special items sold just in the Tribeca store.
WELLS FARGO COMING ALONG ON CHAMBERS
Wells Fargo, which has taken the southwest corner spot at Chambers and West Broadway, seems to be coming along. That space has been empty since before the pandemic.

SUNRISE IS NOW CAPSTONE
Sunrise Senior Living announced that it’s senior independent living facility in Battery Park City, Battery Park by Sunrise, is now called The Capstone Battery Park City. The rebrand is part of a multi-phase renovation plan.
