Sir David and Lady Victoria Beckham have reportedly mended their family feud with their estranged son, Brooklyn, this week.

The former England captain and Manchester United footballer has lived with his wife and former Spice Girl, Victoria, in west Oxfordshire for several years.

Sharing a mansion in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds, the couple have embraced the countryside life with Sir David keeping animals such as chickens.

Yet the Daily Mail has been reporting for months that the family have been “torn apart” due to issues with their son, Brooklyn.

He and his wife, Nicola Peltz, have allegedly fallen out with the rest of the clan, according to national reports, and did not attend Sir David’s 50th birthday celebrations earlier this year.

The drama seems to have come to an end, though, with national reports suggesting that the family has reconciled.

Both parents reached out to their estranged son on social media yesterday (Thursday, October 23) and liked his recent Instagram post, which involved Brooklyn making buttermilk pancakes.

Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Lady Beckham added: “I mean, we’re such a close family and, you know, communication is key and we always let them know that anything that they want to talk about, you know, this is a safe forum.

“You know, that’s really important,” she said, adding that kids still had to “go on their journeys themselves.

“We’ve always been that way with the kids. And I’m excited for them, they’re all very different. They all like to do different things.”
