MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) — An affordable housing lottery in Manhattan has apartments available for those who earn just over $40,000 annually.
Forte Living at 205 East 110th St. is offering “thoughtfully designed” and “modern” apartments with “stunning city views” with rent as low as $1,013, according to NYC Housing Connect.
There are 13 one-bedroom units available for that price for those who make a minimum of $41,589 annually in their household. The maximum income for one person is $45,360.
Eight 2-bedroom apartments are available for $1,169 monthly. A two-person household must make an annual income between $50,092 and $51,840 annually.
Nearby transit includes the Nos. 1, 2 and 3 trains, as well as the A, B and C trains.
