MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was behind bars in the Riley County Jail on Tuesday following his arrest in connection with a robbery and battery case dating back to July 2025, officials said.
The arrested man was identified as Maxx Epley, 19, of Rogers, Arkansas.
According to Riley County Police officials, Epley was arrested around 2:35 p.m. Monday in the 1100 block of Bluemont Avenue.
An Arkansas man was being held on a $100,000 bond Tuesday in the Riley County Jail following his arrest in connection with robbery and battery from July 2025, officials said.(KOSA)
Officials said Epley was taken into custody on a Riley County District Court warrant charging him with aggravated robbery and aggravated battery.
The arrest stems from a report originally filed in July 2025, officials said.
Epley was issued a total bond of $100,000 and remained Tuesday morning in the Riley County Jail.
