Several winter parking bans end across Western New York

Due favorable weather conditions with warmer temperatures in the forecast, winter parking bans have come to an end in several municipalities across Western New York.

As of Tuesday morning, residents in the Town of Cheektowaga and the cities of Tonawanda and North Tonawanda lifted their overnight parking bans.

The Town of Tonawanda and Village of Kenmore lifted their winter parking this past weekend.

In the event of significant snow accumulation, residents and visitors are asked to make every effort to park their vehicles off street to allow plows to effectively plow and clear town streets.
