Commemorative plaques were presented to the three Grand Marshals (Ciarán O’Reilly, co-founder of the Irish Repertory Theatre; actor and author Kate Mul­grew; and Irish Repertory Theatre co-founder Charlotte Moore) and parade dignitaries by Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr. (2nd from right).
