New York is taking the Trump administration to court once again, this time reportedly over tariffs.

CNBC reports that four states are trying to block the president from issuing new tariffs and seeking refunds for the tariffs recently struck down by the Supreme Court.

On Wednesday, a federal judge in New York ruled that companies are due refunds for paying tariffs imposed last year by President Donald Trump under the 197 International Emergency Economics Powers Act (IEEPA).

It’s estimated the federal government collected more than $130 billion in the now-defunct tariffs through mid-December.

Attorney General Letitia James has scheduled a press conference at 1:15 p.m. Thursday alongside attorneys general from Arizona, California and Oregon. (Watch live in the player above.)
