Law enforcement sources said the deadly collision occurred at the corner of Linden Boulevard and Rockaway Avenue in Brownsville, within the 73rd Precinct’s confines, at about 11:10 a.m. on March 5.
Sources close to the investigation said the child was with his parents when he suddenly bolted from them and ran into the rain-slicked intersection.Â
