MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was being held in the Riley County Jail following his Thursday arrest in connection with drug and weapons crimes, officials said.
The arrested man was identified as Stephen Blair, 22, of Manhattan.
According to Riley County Police officials, Blair was arrested around 3:12 a.m. Thursday in the 800 block of Temple Lane, on the south edge of Manhattan.
Following his arrest, Blair was booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with distribution of certain stimulant; distribution of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of substance; and criminal use of weapons.

Blair was issued a total bond of $25,000 and remained Friday in the Riley County Jail.
