THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — The NYPD is investigating an armed robbery of a teenager by two men that happened on Thursday in the Norwood neighborhood of The Bronx.
The incident occured at 12:20 A.M. A 19-year-old woman was approached by two individuals near East Gun Hill Road and Webster Avenue, police said.
One of the men allegedly revealed a gun, demanding that she handover any belongings, while the other man grabbed the victim’s purse carrying $5,000, according to the investigation.
The two men then fled the scene carrying the purse, police said.

No one was hurt in the incident.
