BROOKLYN, NY— Coney Escape Room, a new immersive entertainment venue, is scheduled to open on March 21st in Coney Island.
Located at 1205 Surf Avenue, 2nd floor, the venue will offer year-round entertainment options for the South Brooklyn community.
The new establishment features three original escape rooms, each with a Coney Island theme.
These include “Over My Dead Body,” “Presumed Guilty,” and “Captain Kidd: The Hangman’s Treasure.”
Each escape room is designed for 2 to 8 players and lasts 60 minutes.
In addition to the escape rooms, Coney Escape Room will also offer a Live Game Show Experience.
This interactive show combines trivia, physical challenges, and strategy, allowing participants to become contestants.
The venue also includes a gift shop and a private party room.
“We want people of all ages to come together, solve puzzles, laugh, and make memories—even when the boardwalk isn’t buzzing with summer crowds,” Anna Geller, owner of Coney Escape Room, said.
Misha Koplan, co-founder of the escape room, contributed to the venue’s creation.
Koplan has a background in creative animation and design for studios such as BlueSky Studios, Disney, and SkyDance.
Coney Escape Room will be open seven days a week, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. The venue aims to provide a lasting entertainment option for the Coney Island community.
