After the winter we’ve had, it almost felt unthinkable. But on Monday, we hit 70 degrees!
Our weather fortunes have turned (for now) and brought out a much needed and well deserved warm up.
Monday isn’t our only nice day this week, although the warmer days don’t last forever. We’ll stay in the upper 60s and low 70s through Wednesday before we tumble back down to reality. It’s still winter, technically, after all.

Get outside and soak up the sun while you can. Friday brings out reality check with high temperatures forecast to peak in the mid 40s.
The official start of spring is around the corner — March 20 — so are colder days are certainly numbered.
Monday marked the first day Central Park recorded 70 since Oct. 19 of last year. That’s 141 days.
Enjoy it!
