UPPER EAST SIDE, Manhattan (PIX11) — Video obtained by PIX11 News shows the moment that two teens accused of throwing explosive devices into a crowd of protesters outside Grace Mansion arrived in Manhattan.

Moments before officials say the so-called “Mother of Satan” improvised explosive devices were deployed into the crowd, barbershop owner Boris Kopolovich encountered one of the terror suspects.

19-year-old Ibrahim Kayumi made a pit stop inside Kopolovich’s shop Saturday afternoon for a bathroom break. Surveillance video obtained by PIX11 shows Kayumi and Emir Balat, 18, parking their car on East End Avenue.

Pointing at a picture of Kayumi, Kopolovich said, “This is the guy who came in to use the bathroom.”

Mayor Zohran Mamdani and his wife were not at Gracie Mansion at the time of the alleged ISIS-inspired attack.

“Let me say this plainly. Anyone who comes to New York City to bring violence to our streets will be held accountable in accordance with the law,” Mamdani said Monday.
