SLEEPY HOLLOW, New York (WABC) — The U.S. Geological Survey said a 2.3-magnitude earthquake struck just before 10:30 a.m. near Sleepy Hollow.
It happened around 10:17 about half a mile west of Sleepy Hollow and USGS officials tell ABC News that they do not expect any damage reports.
NYC Emergency Management said the earthquake, which was about 20 miles north of the city, may have been felt in nearby areas like the Bronx.
